MK URALMASH signed a contract for manufacture of the second walking dragline for Belarus Republic

Machine-building corporation URALMASH incorporated into UHM Group will supply ESH 11.75 walking dragline for PRUP Krichevcementnoshifer (Belarus). The contract has been signed as per tender results. It shall be fulfilled at the 1st quarter of 2011. The volume of supply is 825 tons.
This is the second walking dragline which MK Uralmash will manufacture for Belarus enterprises. The first ESH 11.75 will be supplied for OAO Krasnoselskstrojmaterialy.
The ESH 11.75 walking dragline (11 m3 bucket capacity and 75 m boom length) will be used for quarrying using " double punch mining" technology in contrast to alternative and less efficient" triple punch mining" normally used for machines of smaller class.
Like in the first dragline for Belarus new technical solutions elaborated by Mining Equipment Division recently will be used in the second machine as well. The dragline will be equipped with digital control, centralized automatic lubrication system using Lincoln components.  In this machine operation experience of previous machines regarding introduction of changes into assembly units design will be taken into account. All this will increase service life of the dragline, reduce time and maintenance costs and increase its efficiency.
The enterprise Krichevcementnoshifer manufactures and sells high quality portland cement GOST10178-85,flexuose and flat asbestos cement sheets. All products of the enterprise have been certified and meet international requirements.

United Heavy Machinery also manufactures various grades of special steel and provides industrial services. The production sites of UHM are located in Russia and Czech Republic. The group is controlled by Gazprombank (Joint Stock Company).

Maailma pikim konveiersüsteem veab Bou Craa fosforiidikarjäärist fosforiiti- 100km kaugusele Atlandi ookeani rannikule. See on üks peamisi põhjusi, miks meie praegu oma fosforiidist ei unista, alandades fosforiidi hinda maailmaturul. Süsteem koosneb 11 konveierist tootlikkusega 2000 t/h.

The capacity is 2000 t/h. The belt type is St 2500.
